Children's Reiki teaches children age 5 - 12 the basics of energy healing in a kid-friendly way. The 3-hour class teaches how to relax when stressed, how to calm the mind, and how to boost confidence. Ideal for the child who is a little more "aware" than other children their age, or one who is facing challenges, like bullying or feeling isolated.
Children's Animal Reiki will deepen a child's connection with their own pets. Learn how to calm anxious pets during a storm or while in the car. Discover how to reduce a pet's discomfort with an easy to learn technique. Small class size can personalize their training in Animal Reiki while practicing on a friendly therapy dog. Children’s Reiki class provides recommended foundation but is not mandatory. Includes one animal-themed attunement. One adult is permitted to attend.
