Help Me Grow is a system of supports for pregnant women, caregivers with new babies, and families with young children with developmental delays and disabilities. Services and supports are provided through Home Visiting and Early Intervention.
Home Visiting - Home Visiting professionals empower families by giving them tools and resources to have a healthy pregnancy and to help their baby learn and grow. Home visitors make it convenient by coming to families at a time that works best, and there is never any cost.
Early Intervention - As a part of the Help Me Grow system of supports, Early Intervention professionals work with families of children from birth to age three who have developmental delays or disabilities, so they have the best possible start in life.
Anyone can refer a child—and the earlier the better. Research shows that starting intervention services early gives a child the best chance to learn and grow, and early support can reduce the need for services later in life. There is no need to “wait and see.”
