Boo at the Zoo, at Akron Zoo. Takes place on select dates between October 12-27.

A safe, fun and spooky experience for kids of all ages without any of the frights. The zoo transforms into a magical Halloween wonderland filled with treat stations, festive decorations and opportunities to see some of the zoo’s most beloved animals. Kids are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costumes and explore the trick-or-treat trail, where they’ll collect goodies and meet friendly characters along the way. There will also be festive activities like pumpkin painting and a hay maze.


North Pole Adventure on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. From November 8-December 21

Take a magical ride aboard the North Pole Adventure on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
